By accessing or using IgniteDX (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IgniteDX provides an AI-powered code review tool that integrates with GitHub to analyze pull requests and provide automated feedback. The Service is designed to assist developers in identifying potential issues and improving code quality.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use the Service, you must authenticate via your GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. IgniteDX is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Access to Repositories

By installing the IgniteDX GitHub App, you grant IgniteDX permission to access, read, and process the code and metadata (such as pull request descriptions and comments) in the repositories you select. This access is strictly limited to the purpose of providing the review service. IgniteDX claims no ownership rights over your code or intellectual property.

5. AI Disclaimer

The feedback, suggestions, and code snippets provided by IgniteDX are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI models can produce errors, incorrect code, or "hallucinations."
• IgniteDX feedback is for informational and assistive purposes only and should not be the sole basis for merging code or deploying software.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated suggestions before implementing them.
• IgniteDX is not liable for any bugs, security vulnerabilities, or system failures caused by reliance on the Service's output.

6. Subscription and Fees

IgniteDX may offer free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription models with reasonable notice. Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of IgniteDX and its licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service itself.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IgniteDX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the modified Terms.
