1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IgniteDX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IgniteDX provides AI-assisted code review for GitHub pull requests. The service is intended to help teams review code faster, but it is not a substitute for human judgment or final code review decisions.

3. Early Access Status

IgniteDX is currently in early access. Features, limits, and service behavior may change as the product evolves. You acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, and other issues during this phase.

4. GitHub Access and Permissions

IgniteDX connects to repositories through a GitHub App. The app requests the permissions needed to read pull request data, analyze changes, and deliver review feedback. Specifically:

• Read access to repository contents and pull requests — to fetch PR diffs and any context files configured in your project specs.
• Write access to checks and pull request comments — to post review results and status updates.

IgniteDX does not have write access to your code and never pushes commits or modifies branches. You can review the exact permissions requested during GitHub App installation.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect repositories and submit content for analysis through IgniteDX. You are also responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account.

6. No Warranty

IgniteDX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during early access. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Service or any review feedback it generates.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IgniteDX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
