Get help with setup, reviews, limits, and account questions.

IgniteDX is in early access, and we're actively improving the product based on user feedback.

What can support help with?

  • GitHub App installation and setup issues
  • Review behavior and feedback questions
  • Repository access and limits
  • Privacy or data-handling questions
  • Bug reports and product feedback

Getting started

  1. Install the GitHub App — Sign in with GitHub and install the IgniteDX App on the repository you want reviewed.
  2. Connect a repository — Select the repo you want IgniteDX to monitor from your dashboard.
  3. Open a pull request — Create or update a PR as usual. IgniteDX automatically detects it.
  4. Review the feedback — Within minutes, you'll see structured review comments directly in your PR — classified as Critical, High, Medium, Low, or Suggestion.

Frequently asked questions

Getting started

What programming languages does IgniteDX support?

IgniteDX is language-agnostic — it can review PRs in any language. It currently works most efficiently in JavaScript and TypeScript environments, with built-in environment detection and framework awareness also available for Python, Go, Rust, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, PHP, Swift, and Dart.

How many projects and repositories can I connect?

Limits depend on your plan. Free includes 1 active project and 3 repositories per project, Starter includes 3 active projects and 5 repositories per project, and Pro includes unlimited active projects and repositories per project.

Plans and limits

Is IgniteDX free to use?

Yes. The Free plan is $0/month and includes 75 monthly credits, 1 active project, 3 repositories per project, all strictness modes, and project specs with context files. Starter and Pro add more monthly credits, active projects, and repository capacity.

Privacy and security

Can I use IgniteDX with private repositories?

Yes. IgniteDX works with both public and private repositories. Your code is never used to train models. Learn more.

Does IgniteDX train on my code?

No. Your code is processed only to generate the review and is not used to train any models. See our Privacy Policy.

What permissions does the GitHub App require?

IgniteDX requests read access to repository contents and pull requests, and write access to checks and PR comments. We never push commits or modify your code. See full details.

Where can I find the full privacy and legal details?

See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Troubleshooting

What if IgniteDX flags a false positive?

You can mark any review finding as a false positive directly from the review detail page. When you do, the finding is dismissed, the corresponding GitHub comment is minimized, and the review verdict is recalculated. IgniteDX also learns from these dismissals per repository — once the same pattern is dismissed three times, future matches are treated more conservatively.
